Hello Coaches, 

Attached is our Kid Chess Schedule for September 5th - 11th 

Programs are continue to start and as we continue to ramp up, please check and double-check your schedule carefully each week. With some coaches still on vacation and new schools being added, you may be scheduled at locations you don’t normally work, and assignments may continue to change over the next few weeks.

If you have any questions or concerns about your schedule, please reach out to the office or your director for clarification. We appreciate everyone’s flexibility and help in getting the school year off to a great start!

Action Needed:
Please confirm your schedule by replying “OK” to this email after you have checked the linked schedule carefully, this is needed each week.

Equipment:
The office has already begun reaching out to coaches and will continue to do so before clubs begin regarding coach equipment and school bags. You may be asked to bring a school bag to a location or coordinate equipment for one of your assigned schools. Please watch for communication from the office and reach out if you have any questions.

ADP: Timecards should be completed every week by 9:00AM Monday for the previous week to ensure accurate and timely processing of Payroll.

NOTE: At Chess Zone we will continue to have the Rated Games Night and weekend tournaments. Also, on Tuesdays we have a unrated Blitz at McCray's Tavern on Lower Roswell rd. If interested in working in logistics, please give the office a call.
