Attached is our Kid Chess Schedule for September 12th - 18th 

Clubs are now in full swing, please check and double-check your schedule carefully each week. As always, you may be scheduled at locations you don’t normally work, and assignments may change week to week.

If you have any questions or concerns about your schedule, please reach out to the office or your director for clarification. We appreciate everyone’s flexibility and help in getting the school year off to a great start!

Please confirm your schedule by replying “OK” to this email after you have checked the linked schedule carefully, this is needed each week.

ADP: Timecards should be completed every week by 9:00AM Monday for the previous week to ensure accurate and timely processing of Payroll.

NOTE: At Chess Zone we will continue to have the Rated Games Night and weekend tournaments. Also, on Tuesdays we have a unrated Blitz at McCray's Tavern on Lower Roswell Road meeting on the first Tuesday of each month.
