Attached is our Kid Chess Schedule for May 16th - May 22nd 

The semester is completed, we hope everyone has a great summer. School bags and coach equipment are all being turned in for summer refresh. The office will be reaching to coaches to coordinate returning your equipment or you can directly drop it off at the office. Please double check your schedule and confirm via email. Even if you are not scheduled please confirm, so we know that you are aware. If you’re unsure about your schedule contact the office at 770-575-5802.

Action Needed:
Please confirm your schedule by replying “OK” to this email after you have checked the linked schedule carefully, this is needed each week.

ADP: Timecards should be completed every week by 9:00AM Monday for the previous week to ensure accurate and timely processing of Payroll.

NOTE: At Chess Zone we will continue to have the Rated Games Night and weekend tournaments. Also, on Tuesdays we have a unrated Blitz at McCray's Tavern on Lower Roswell rd.
