PRE-ORDERS NOW OPEN — INTRODUCTORY PRICING THROUGH SEPTEMBER 15 |
|
| Hey there Friend, |
It Is the Seestar S50 Pro. And We Can Finally Talk About It. |
| On Friday we sent you the least informative email we have ever written. A cropped photo, a date, and a lot of apologising. The embargo lifted at 10:00 this morning, so let us make up for it properly. |
| The ZWO Seestar S50 Pro is not the S50 with a fresh sticker. Fifty millimetres of aperture — nearly three times the light-gathering area of the S30 — feeding a 4K large-format sensor through a four-element apochromatic lens. Pre-orders are open right now. |
|
INTRODUCTORY PRICE $1,304.00 CAD Introductory pricing ends September 15, 2026 |
| Pre-Order the Seestar S50 Pro |
| Shipments begin September 1. Pre-orders are filled in the order they arrive. |
Five Upgrades That Actually Matter |
| 50mm Aperture — Nearly three times the light-gathering area of the S30. Faint structure in deep-sky objects stops being a rumour. |
| 4K Dual-Lens System — A 1/1.2" large-format sensor. Telephoto mosaic capture stitches a wider frame while keeping telephoto detail, out to 8K. |
| Professional-Grade Optics — Four-element apochromatic lens with ED glass, plus a triple filter system: light pollution, dark frame, and IR-cut. |
| Plan Mode & Equatorial Mode — Build a shooting plan in one tap, then go to bed. A near-zero-backlash drive system handles the tracking. |
| 10,000 mAh Battery — Up to nine hours. Enough for the whole night, with margin. |
|
| There is also an AI assistant that finds and shoots a target when you ask it out loud, remote control so you can image from a clearer sky than the one above your house, and open ASCOM Alpaca support for N.I.N.A. if you want to drive it yourself. |
You Do Not Have to Pay In Full Today |
| Place a deposit through our product deposit system and you lock in both your place in the queue and today's introductory price. The balance comes due before it ships. |
| We also offer financing through RBC PayPlan or Affirm, and we accept trade-ins — if there is gear sitting in the closet you have stopped reaching for, it can go toward this. |
| Lock In $1,304 CAD — Pre-Order Now |

| P.S. Introductory pricing runs to September 15 and the first shipment is finite. The people who replied LIST on Friday are already in the queue ahead of this email. That was the entire point of Friday. |
