Star Party Round Up!

Hey Folks,

There are quite a Number of Star Parties occurring at this time of year,
and it's a great opportunity for you to take advantage of them.

If you have never been to a Star Party, you are in for a pleasant
surprise. Sometimes, I hear from novice amateur astronomers who have the notion

that they might feel out of place at one of these events. It is simply not the
case! Amateur astronomers are a very friendly bunch of people in my

experience and always willing to lend a helping hand.

At some of the  Star Parties, a range of Speakers are also on hand talking
about everything from Observing to Astrophotography and Digital Imaging.

This Year being the International Year of Astronomy, I do hope you will
take the opportunity to participate in one of these.

Clear Skies,

Ray Khan
