Subject: Not a creature was stirring

Hello Friend,

Well, that's not exactly true actually.

We have a steady stream of customers coming into the store, and it's certainly not as
quite as a mouse.

This year, many manufacturer's were caught short with inventory, either not
ordering enough from the factories, or inundated with product shipment delays.

It can be really frustrating, but I am pleased to say that we continue to receive
shipments of inventory coming in, every day.

For example, we just received a shipment of the Celestron NexStar 8 SE,
http://khanscope.com/productdetails.cfm?productID=1330
after we sold out last week, and actually did not expect to see any until
January next year.

They are on sale until the end of this month.

And a shipment of the very cool new compact dobsonians from Meade
Instruments
also arrived.  : 82mm, 114mm, & 130mm.

Being a hot seller, they sold out pretty quickly, which totally caught Meade
by surprise.

You won.t find them many places, but we got  ~em!

The store radio is playing Christmas Tunes  (If I hear that song 'Happy Holidays' by
Andy Williams, one more time....)

Some of the phone calls have been interesting too:

One lady, who buys art and knows a lot about buying it, called and wanted to know why we could not
come down to her downtown condo, with several staff, and several telescopes, and
parade them for her to see.

Cos that is how it works in the art world apparently.

What?    Really?

Well, sure we would be happy to dance naked for you on a table, and sing  as well ,if you
were buying a million dollar Van Gogh.

But not for a $500 telescope.  Sorry!

The fun continues...

Clear Skies,

Ray Khan
