Subject: Is astronomy affecting your love life?

Hello Friend,

Well, it very well could be.

If you have a partner, or are married then be warned that it is entirely possible that if you are out observing most nights, then they might have
difficulty with that.

Especially if you just took up the hobby, and you are in the initial phase of being a stargazer. Your other half might find this a bit of a routine
interruption.

When you clamber back into bed after 3 am,  do it gently and quietly so you do not disturb them if they are already asleep.

Better yet, sleep in a separate room or crash on the couch.

Trust me, I know this from past experience.

I have pulled a few all-nighters because I enjoy seeing the Sunrise in the morning.  Crashing out at 7am,  just when your spouse
Might be getting up ain't always going to work in your favour.

Be sure to do something extra nice, like make your honey breakfast or dinner if you pull this kind of stunt on a semi-regular basis.

Bring home some flowers or a case of beer. You know what to do.

Otherwise, you could end up in trouble, or even divorce court.

I just saved you from spending $150 on a counselling session. You are welcome!

Now you can invest that money instead in your favourite telescope or telescope accessory, and your spouse or partner will be all so understanding about it.

Something to think about this Sunday.

Here is a brand new product from Meade Instruments, perfect if you want to dabble in some Imaging and you are just getting started.

The NEW Meade Lunar Planetary Imager can and will unleash the astrophotographer in you.

Clear Skies,
