Subject: Another Challenge for the Green Hornet, his Aide Kato, and their rolling arsenal, the Black Beauty!.

Hello Friend,

While most reviewers panned the New Green Hornet  movie that just came out at the theaters,
Being a Green Hornet fan and comic book collector years ago.
I decided I would go check it out anyway. (Don't worry, I won't give away any "plot" details or spoilers here.)

Now, other than the fact Seth Rogen is a complete mis-cast, as the lead (another story for another day),
I knew something was up very early in the game; Just to set the scene, Britt Reid (aka Green Hornet) is
a multi-millionaire newspaper publisher, who lives in what must be at least a $12 million dollar Mansion.

The Cameraman pans through the living room, and what catches my attention is a telescope. Not just any
telescope mind you, but a department store $99 Bush**** brand telescope!....
Gimme a break! This dude is a multimillionaire, and he does not  have at at least a Meade, or Celestron Telescope Computerized SCT?
How about maybe even a Questar? Or an Astrophysics??? Nope! Just  a basic
department store telescope, and pointing towards the inside of living room, the wrong way, with the window right behind it.

Commercial:Meade and Celestron Telescopes On Sale Now! Baader planetarium NEW Mark III Zoom eyepiece, 8-24mm and Hyperion eyepieces from 3.5mm to 24mm  also on sale..

Furthermore, the original co-star of the Green Hornet Tv series from the 60's,  the late, great martial artist Bruce Lee, who played
Kato would be rolling over in his grave if he knew Kato was relegated to making Cafe Latte's for his master, Britt Reid every morning.
What is this world coming to???

The Real Star of this movie, was the Green Hornet's Black Beauty automobile, with all its cool high tech features.
As for the 3D, obviously a quick cash grab by the producers to cash in. For the most part, it was non-existent!

Have a Happy Sunday!

Clear Skies,
