Yes, the worst scenario I have been dreading for 15 years has happened. A couple of weeks ago, my hard drive crashed. So did my independent back up.

The chances of this happening simultaneously is a million to one... but it did.

I won't bore you with the details, but I've spent all my time up till now finding different ways to recover the information. It's slowly coming together, but it will still be a while before I can retrieve everything.
