I've just come back from trying to get a slow tire leak fixed.
My regular shop was busy until tomorrow.
The two other repair shops from large chains wanted me to wait for up to 2 hours.
As you know - I don't like to wait!
So I booked back into my favorite tire shop for tomorrow morning.
So, this morning I went to 3 shops altogether, determined to get the tire fixed on my own terms - instantly.
When that didn't work, I opted for a Plan B which was the next day.
No big deal.
But as I was coming home just now, I was reminded me of an experience with a wealthy car dealer.
The conversation we had was fascinating...
And it told me a lot about persistence and playing the lottery.
You can't know enough about this hugely effective trait for winning.
