If you don't hear from me in the next couple of days, it's because we're getting new carpet laid throughout our house on Tuesday--and in my home office too. So I have to close everything down for the day and pack it out of the way. It will be hard work. On my desk I have four flat screens--two of them are tv's, the others are my computer monitors--a Panasonic digital PABX phone, Plantronics headset unit and a scanner. Under the desk I have 18 power outlets, and dozens of wires, all neatly laid out. Every one of these cords need to be disconnected so I can hook them up again after the new carpet is laid. It will be a nightmare! Still, I had set a goal to get new carpet before the year's end, and here's how I did it: # TODAY'S TIP ^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Winners in life set strong goals and stick to them.
