I tried a couple of times too, but with no result either. This isn't a big deal because most questions are answered in the manual itself. But it does point out the fact that by comparison with many businesses on the net, I'm one of the few authors who answer their email. In one case I RE-sent 14 replies in different ways! You couldn't ask for more customer support than that. The problem is often the word "l o t t o" in an email. Many large email hosts use filter programs to block emails containing this word. MSN, Yahoo, Comcast, Earthlink, Hotmail... these are just some of the hosts that block this word. The answer is simple, but it appears these few people bother to fully read my solutions page: www.honestlotto.com/email.htm. And why you should avoid these big games. So here's the best way to play: 1) Play the smaller 5 or 6 ball games. The odds go down to below 1 in 1 million in some games, and of course are made much lower with my system (www.honestlotto.com). 2) Play regularly, using as many lines of the Honest Lotto System as you can afford in one game.
