It is the investment everybody needs to make in order to become part of the game. Unless you buy the tickets, you don't get the chance to participate and win a prize. Obvious. But some people will play for weeks and only get minor prizes, so they conclude that they are losing. Nothing could be further from the truth. The fact remains that without buying the tickets week after week... paying the entry fee in fact... they have no chance of a win at any time. It's important to make that distinction.
