Hello there! I get asked a lot about what to I use to get organized (besides my calendar)...
So here are the apps that make my life easier:
1) Google Calendar - b/c a mom has to manage everyone's calendar.
2) Slack - to communicate with the team of virtual assistants and part-time help that I have
3) Trello - from mini project to audacious bigger than life projects, all has a board in Trello. Even the kids home projects and vacation planning!
(I still print photos and do albums ?)
know my numbers at all times, and I love that I can scan the receipts for my expenses reports with the app!

8) Dropbox - all my files are organized and protected here! Easy and safe to share with a growing team. Plus I can access from any device and all my photos are automatically uploaded to it!
9) Sign now - I don't do verbal agreements anymore, big life lesson learned. You are going to love this to manage your contracts!
10) Google Drive - working files from excel spreadsheets to power point presentations are here. Best place to collaborate with temporary staff and keep all you assets safe!
