Roof has had a leak, not sure if that is a current issue, but some drywall needs repaired. If the roof is leaking i believe it to be around an exhaust pipe. (UPDATE: Roof probably does need to be changed).
Yard needs cleaned up
All in all, needs work ... but i've seen WAAAY worse. Structurally we're pretty damn good.
