Here's the problem with most local web clients - They don't actually need you after launch.
A solicitor's website is substantially the same three years later.
So is a plumber's.

So the retainer isn't something you have to talk them into. It's something they need, and the sentence that sells it is "you send me a photo of the new menu and it's live the same day."

That demo feature is the one I'd focus on - walking into a restaurant at three in the afternoon and handing the owner a phone with their own name already on the screen is a completely different conversation to describing what you could do.
What the studio doesn't cover is the money side, what to charge, how to get in front of owners, and how to structure the monthly so it's still arriving next year.
So that's my three bonuses:
1. Pricing with the actual numbers.
2. A fourteen-day plan to five clients built around the fact you can physically walk into this kind of business.
3. And the recurring revenue report, which is the one I'd read first.
Worth doing the sums -
one client at the middle tier is about £1,795 to build and £149 a month after. The studio is £27.
