| Busy, Busy, Busy We've been so busy we have not put an email out in a couple of weeks!
This Week in the Garden...
Napa or Chinese Cabbages…these beauties won’t be around long so grab some up in the next couple of weeks. They are great in stir fry, kimchee, fresh, or on the grill.
Kale Trio...we are growing two types of red kale and the antioxidant-packed Dino Kale...in my opinion, the only one for kale chips.
Swiss Chard…boy, this stuff is absolutely beautiful in the field and on the plate. We have Bright Lights, which is a multi-color chard, plus a yellow variety and a pink variety.
Squash and Zucchini…we grow our favorites for flavor and beauty and have a couple of really fun varieties.
Big Green Onions…great in salads and on the grill
New Potatoes...this will be our first week of digging potatoes and we have the beautiful Yukon Golds and the Red Norlands.
