We are processing stew hens Friday, so we will have whole and half chickens at the Downtown market Saturday. |

- Pasture Pork: 1" boneless chops, 3/4 bone-in chops, Kansas City steaks, tenderloins, fresh side bacon, breakfast sausage, Italian sausage, chorizo sausage.
- Lamb: Ground lamb, Italian Lamb, Leg of lamb
- Goat: leg of goat, goat ribs
- Beef: beef chorizo
