Weekly Update
Dinner at the Farm
Sunday's Dinner at the Farm was absolutely beautiful. The weather was perfect, food was excellent and conversation plentiful. Thanks to Cody, Joe and Scott for transforming the Milk Barn into a beautiful setting for the dinner.
We started the evening with cheeses and JV Farms' Old World Salami and Pancetta Bacon. Superior Bathhouse Brewery Irish Red and Wheat beer was the perfect compliment to wash everything down. The main course...a JV Farms whole, smoked pig, was bred, born, raised, cooked and served by the farmers.
Arkansas Natural Produce, located just down the road, provided mixed greens with beautiful edible flowers for our amazing salad. Roasted veggies were purchased locally and Val used local ingredients for the dressings and desserts.
We're really looking forward to our next Farm Dinner on May 31st, which is almost full, but has a few more seats available.
Schedule:
Green Market of Hot Springs Village in Grove Park on Thursdays 8-12. 

The Historic Downtown Hot Springs Farmers Market on Saturdays 7-12.

We are rained out at the feed mill today, so we are processing chickens and will have them available at both markets this week. Half and whole roasters
