The energetic influences of this current time all 'speak' to a profound acceleration of events, time and energy shifts, which have certainly been evident in a multitude of ways (on the world stage that goes without saying & is there for anybody to witness!) I never even managed a newsletter or monthly class in November - not least because I had knee replacement surgery, so my energy has been focussed on self-care and healing :) My journey of recovery has 'exceeded' the expectations of medical professionals and I am delighted to finally have a straight leg! (just an FYI, I have always been hypermobile, which means loose connective tissue & ligaments putting undue stress on joints - among other things!).
This recovery period also gave me an opportunity to rest up and review some of the materials I have been directed to, and which are now consolidating with a new 2-part series to lead us in to 2026,
The Sovereign Empath.
To be honest, I have been blown away by what I am observing and understanding on this subject, and the importance it carries for so many of us. You probably resonate deeply with the knowing that you have always been a highly sensitive individual & have often wondered why on earth you would 'choose' to be here, on this planet, at this time! I have asked myself that too - so many times over the years I have lost count!
As an empath or highly sensitive indivdual, you were in fact born with a different wiring, a knowing, an intuitive capacity which the average individual struggles to comprehend. This would often leave you feeling like an outsider throughout life, pressured to conform or to be accepted in order to feel worthy or loved. You were never meant to conform! Over the course of life events, your brain and nervous system heightened certain cognitive functions making you adept at pattern recognition, while constantly scanning your environments for social cues and inconsistencies.
Understanding and working with your own 'empathic' sensitivity is probably one of the most important topics of our time, given
that many 'highly sensitive' individuals are being birthed into what are
essentially highly toxic, pathological societies and cultures. This is
not an easy environment for an empath no matter what age as empaths
serve as emotional buffers, literally absorbing the pain of others.
The
thing is, you are literally wired differently! You were born with the
capacity for highly advanced pattern recognition through emotional data
collection. This brings the ability to process emotional data much
faster and with greater accuracy than the majority of people - the
results of which are often regarded flippantly as 'intuition'. You are
way more that this, and in the words of Carl Jung, the Sovereign, fully
integrated empath is a blueprint for future humanity.
However, not all empaths are 'equal'. Many remain in suffering and victimhood, recognising their sensitivity but adopting personas of healer, helper, martyr and so on. The Soverign Empath is a completely different 'creature', a radically transformed individual capable of bringing great change in their environments simply by virtue of their presence.
