What does the recruiting, hiring, and HR process look like at your organization?

We frequently hear from printing leaders that they have trouble recruiting and maintaining staff. Despite positive economic trends including low unemployment rates and growing stock prices, hiring is difficult.

To that end, Printing Industries of America's Center for Print Economics and Management is partnering with the Jones College of Business at Middle Tennessee State University on a Management Study focused on hiring.

We want to hear from you about what recruiting, hiring, and human resources look like at your business. We hope to discern what is effective and efficient in the printing industry. All participants in the survey will receive a comprehensive report of our findings as well as other benefits.
