Gallup’s recent State of the American Workforce report found that 51% of employees are searching for new jobs or watching for openings—a trend correlated with positive wage growth, frequent job postings, and low unemployment rates. In such an environment, having the best recruiting, hiring, and human resources practices is imperative to business success. 

The Center for Print Economics and Management has partnered with the Jones College of Business at Middle Tennessee State University to conduct a survey that will help Printing Industries of America’s members to understand the impact of hiring and human relations best practices specific to the printing industry.
