Subject: Wow, what a day! Today's Musings Inside

Hello Friend

Wow, what a day that was - i'm not sure i'll ever top that hour of racing from 2.40 onwards. Really Super hacking up and winning as if she could go round again, and then finding the two Newmarket handicap winners at 8/9s or so, pulling my flat 'tips' back into respectability again for the season. If Carlsberg did racing afternoons.

There was much merriment and you may well have seen on my twitter feed - well, you have to enjoy those moments, they don't come around too often! Thanks for all the blog comments, tweets and emails - it seems plenty of you enjoyed her win nearly as much as I did, many have a small EW nibble to add to the excitement.

While we all thought Super should get competitive in that line up, I don't think we expected her to win quite like that, jumping like an old hand and hitting the line so hard. It was a mediocre bunch in behind though, all with numerous questions and plenty haven't jumped that well, have needed the run and/or are just regressive now. It was a perfect ride from Jack, having her in a great spot and getting her jumping - she was a sight to behold at her fences. Amy, Jack, Connor (her lad) and the team have worked miracles with her. There's no plan as yet, we will have to get our thinking caps on. She does need 3 weeks+ between races and decent ground. Anyway, we move on, although still on a massive high.

There's all the usual stats quals, trends/trainer pointers and much more. And also x4 tips/write ups from me at 12/1, 12/1, 9/1 and 12/1. It would be nice if one of them could go in but it's competitive stuff.

Have a great day and enjoy the rest of your weekend,

Josh
