Subject: Today's Chase Tip

Hello Friend

There's plenty of decent flat action today but i'll leave that to others :) My sole tipping focus these days is on handicap chases and with that in mind there's a selection below from Cartmel. I'll see if I can add to the +60 points or so my staying chase tips have pulled in since Feb, albeit I have a mixed record of sending you winners...

Really Super... that was some evening at Worcester for the syndicate. I don't think she's beaten much in truth but she couldn't have done it any easier and she's going the right way. Jack rode her to perfection. She's come out of the race well and we will decide what to do next. She does need at least 3 weeks between races. There's a few hurdling options, inc at Cheltenham in October, and she will go chasing at some point also. Anyway, i'll keep you posted, as I do on Twitter pre race, where confidence was high in the pre parade ring... you can follow me HERE>>> :)

4.35 Cartmel - Day Of Roses- 1 point win - 7/2 (bet365) 10/3 (gen)

 as of 08.31, write up...

An eye-catcher 5 days ago in a race Marble Moon won for us at 7s. I eventually concluded 10/3 was fair and he should be fav in this line up. I thought this was between the top three in the market but that run at Bangor is the best recent form in this, he's fewer miles on the clock than the other two, and I think the track will help, as will this trip. He will be held up but provided he jumps as well as he can there's a long long run in to get rolling. If this were proper soft I may have left it but the sun is shining and it's drying all the time. He's made a quick return before after a similar break and I don't think that will be a problem. Brian Hughes rides this track very well and I thought he could just outclass these, relatively. It was borderline on price, but hopefully I've got it right. I have no idea whether Henry Brooke got to pick or not in truth, as he's ridden the fav also , so I decided not to over-think that! Anyway, if Day of Roses runs his race I thought he was the one to beat, and in this line up was over-priced to do so.

Best of luck, Josh
