I hope you're having a good week.
My trip to Sedgefield was enjoyable, a great little track, friendly staff, a decent meal in Owners & Trainers and great company with a few of our RTPS army making the journey. Shan ran his race again, such a trier, but as feared, he did get outpaced on that ground/trip combo when they started racing for home. It didn't help that he made a clanger 3 out, losing a few lengths and leaving him with no horses to race against. But, he does keep going. On that ground he may need 3 miles, or that trip generally.
Its only a matter of time with him, yet to be out the top 5 in x4 starts over hurdles and with 34 other horses in behind him to date. He's nearly 1/3 of the way to covering the £10k he cost, having picked up £3k in place prize money to date. It will be some day when he does get his head in front (we've still got x7 shares available, inc lease shares, if you want be involved in a consistent trier, who will give you many chances to go racing, knowing he'll likely be competitive - just drop me an email)
In other Syndicate news, all shares our new filly, named Via Electriano (Equiano x Amber Road) were snapped up within 27 minutes of launch by existing RTPS Owners. It's an exciting new 'investment' model for us and we hope she can perform well in the next couple of months before being sold on for a profit. Time will tell! We'd best find another one to Syndicate now.
