Subject: Saturday's ITV Pointers - More Winners?

Hello Friend

A couple of items of interest today that with any luck may help you land on some winners tomorrow or moving forwards... including tomorrow's TV Trends post...

Firstly, if you missed my 'How to find winners' post you can read/watch it HERE >>>

Over 150 of you have watched the video. If at any point over the weekend you find nothing of interest on the tv, do press play! Failing that, my notes below the video are worth a read I think and may well spark an idea or two.

I talk through my four 'Ps' as some sort of structure for race analysis... People, Profile, Pace and Price

I continue in ok form, Innisfreelad giving me and readers much to cheer at Plumpton - always fun watching horses hack up like that. I'm around +19 points up  in January so far with my 'tips', and will be trying to build on it this weekend and through the rest of the season.

It turns out I'm rather good in Class 3,2, G3 and Irish, 3m+ handicap chases...

+130 points or so since Nov 2020, at what is a silly ROI north of 60%.

Not bad in just over 14 months, and i'd take that every time, a solid +£650 to just £5 bets, solid.

Of course, up until very recently I have tried too hard to dabble in more 'big races' outside of my 'specialism', and at Class 4 level, and including handicap hurdles also - my results in those over that period are not so good! And last season's Festival season was awful. I've at long last gone back to focussing on what I'm best at - as well as using my own blog content better, with 'musings' which are +12 points up so far.

Hopefully I can kick on in the months ahead, but the blog post below explains my approach to the chasers & race analysis, and it may help you find even more winners moving forward. Check it out HERE >>>

Finally...

Saturday's ITV Trends & Trainer Pointers

Last week's Lanzarote Hurdle shortlist did the trick and with any luck there's something in this week's post which helps you. I've just made it 'free to air', I'm sure members won't mind too much.

In truth the two handicaps in focus are not the strongest trends wise... well the one at Ascot leaves a shortlist of 4, but in a race with only 8 runners!

The 'TV trainer pointers' are always worth a look... last week, 5 of the 9 ITV races were won by horses representing yard's who'd won the race previously. Trainers can be creatures of habit.

Happy Punting,

Josh
