Something very exciting for you today!! In truth, it really isn’t, but unless you’ve been away from civilisation in recent weeks you’ll have noticed plenty of emails flying around your inbox about the new GDPR regulations. Well, here is another one for you.
Please take a moment to read the below. In short, you don’t need to do anything, unless you wish to leave my email list, in which case you can click the blue unsubscribe link at the bottom of this email, which is there on every email you receive from me. I will be using my email list in the same way as I have always done- informing you about free blog content and free reports, my members club and occasionally informing you about other freebies out there and indeed other paid services/offers that may interest you from time to time.

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
I'm sure you are all aware (and probably completely sick of hearing about) the GDPR law that is coming into force but like everyone else, and despite the fact Racing To Profit (RTP) has always complied with the 'new' regulations, I do need to make you aware of it.
What is it and when does it come into force?
The *GDPR means that the way in which companies and organisations handle and use our/your personal data has to become more transparent.
The new outlines for data protection laws are to replace the current 1995 order which the present UK law is built upon.
From now on anyone asking for your email address must ask you to opt into any future email correspondence; something I have always done from the start anyway. (when joining my list you first fill in a name of your choosing and email address on a squeeze page, before then receiving an email from my email service provider – GetResponse- asking you to confirm if you wish to join my list and opt in – that is how you would have joined my list and why you are reading this email now.)
The EU's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) law comes into force on Friday, May 25th.
Does it affect you and the RTP emails you receive?
In a word, NO. You already opted into this email list so all is good on that score.
I've never shared any information you have provided me with and I'm not going to start now; that would be illegal unless I ask for your explicit consent to do so, which I have never done. I treat your email address with the strictest of confidence and will continue to do so going forward.
Do you need to do anything?
Unless you are looking to unsubscribe from these emails then no, you need do nothing more. I'll keep providing you with the same style of racing info/content/offers I've been emailing out since 2014.
If you ever feel that the info isn't for you then there is an unsubscribe button at the bottom of every email I send out. I'd be sad to see you go but as always the choice is yours.
