Hello Friend
I would like to think I am not alone when I have an afternoon of madness. This is usually when sat in front of the TV on a Saturday afternoon, or when watching a televised (C4) meeting during the week.
I am known to occasionally lose my discipline and bet a bit more than I should, on races that I have spent 30 seconds at best 'looking at'.
The most annoying aspect of this is betting the same amount on these horses as I have on those that I've spent much longer researching. It is idiotic and irrational.
I have written a post about my experience and the things I am going to try in future to address these issues.
I will always want to place 'interest' bets, it is just a case of having more self control.
