Positives. He has his conditions again but is proving frustrating, which is the way with these older horses sometimes. He is 4/11, 9 places over CD
Negatives. Well bar the fact he is always now vulnerable to more unexposed horses, he now 0/5, 1 place on Good to Soft, 0/4, 0 places on Soft. There is meant to be plenty of Good in the going though, as well as some soft. Everything else is fine and he is well drawn, although he is more of a hold up horse and needs plenty of luck.
My Verdict. 1 point win 6/1 - James Doyle is booked and if he is going to win again it is likely to be over this CD - he ran well enough in conditions last time,beating the rest of the field but bumping into one. He will need luck but provided there isnt any more rain, and there is enough good in the going, he should give it a good go.

All other conditions fine and it would be typical that he decides to have a going day when not a selection. Sleepy Blue Ocean - all wins to date on Good to Firm and usually peaks in July, 0/11, 1 place Sept/Oct (prob ground related) Well Deal Again - Tended to peak in August, yet to win from mark this high or with 12+ runners. Windforpower - best at Muss or Newc - in general race conditions fine although is 0/8, 2 places over CD.
