Subject: Flat Profiles: 14/05/15

Hello Friend

True Pleasure's run of consistent form came to an end unfortunately. No excuse with conditions and it wasn't a run where you could make a judgment on her handicap mark. Maybe it was a case of going to the well one too many times. Still, her form in ideal conditions this season now reads 1,1,3,2,5. For the time being she is one to be wary of.

Running total (my verdict) since live: 1/4 = +13 points

13/05/15

Strictly there are No Qualifiers tomorrow. However there is one who's profile is built around his ground preference. Given how unreliable both official going conditions can be as well as the weather, I will always highlight these runners for information...

3.45 York Prince of Johanne

Ideal Cond: Good to Firm, OR100 or below

Form in Cond: 1,1,5,7,2,6,3,6,1,1,1,2,1,13,1,5, 14 (1/26, 5 places outside this)

My Verdict: The going if officially good at York, and possibly on the easy side of good. I cannot see it drying out enough but you never know. He was 3rd in this race last season off a slightly higher mark (and on softer ground) which catches the eye and he was always out the back on his seasonal reappearance - whether that means his is just regressive or has a target in mind I am not sure. Given he is 20/1 in places he is perhaps worth keeping an eye on. His best and most consistent form has been on a very quick surface.

He will not go down as a qualifier unless the official going changes to Good to Firm. If it was good to firm I would have advised 1/2 point EW at those odds, 4 places.

I have found a handful of profile horses to add to the portfolio straight away. I will send you a document on Monday detailing the horses and explaining why they have been added now.

I am off to Dublin from tomorrow to Saturday evening but will have the lap top and obviously service will be carry on as normal.

All the best,
Josh
