In these notes I have listed trainer's records of interest and then have gone through all 9 of the trainer that have 3 or more winners over the last five meetings. There are plenty of juicy pointers in there that will hopefully help you and I find some winners. 

There are NO trainer micro systems as such and unlike Aintree and Punchestown I WILL NOT BE emailing out daily with any 'system bets'. 

These notes are there for you to use, ignore, throw in the bin etc as you see fit. If you are going racing you may wish to take them with you.
