As usual a list of stats starting points to flick through which have been up for a few hours, and some Nov trainers, which are not really firing as yet, maybe down to how dry it's been, and horses not as readied at home on the grass as is often the case.

Last week's highs included my 9/1 & 9/2 winners at Bangor but sadly nothing doing at Cheltenham. It is a game of fine margins though, my Tony Martin poke would have easily won at 19/1 with a clearer run/better jump at the last, and my EW Greatwood poke nearly got up under Harry Skelton. In saying that, Burdett Road didn't miss a beat and probably had a bit up his sleeve, but still, another frustrating second. Be Aware had the rest well beat and probably needed some pace pressure applied to Harry Cobden/to be taken on (rather than making all at ease) and for him to fluff a hurdle, which he didn't! That's the game.
