December Trainers to Follow...
It's been a decent start to the jumps season all round really, especially for my 'monthly trainer angles'. September/October pulled in +26 points to BFSP and November didn't disappoint...
47 bets / 15 wins / 22p / +49.15 BFSP.
Venetia W: 8/20,11p, +35.84 BFSP
Sand T: 0/5,1p, -5
Kim Bailey: 6/17, 9p, +14.73
Fergal O'B: 1/5,1p, +3.58
+75 points or so from those monthly angles, all good fun.
Historically the Sept-November angles (with Twister and Venetia leading the way) have been the strongest, but I've had a deep dive into HorseRaceBase and pulled out five trainer angles of interest...

As always, I post the daily qualifiers in the Members' Posts, to help save you time , although all the 'rules' are listed in the post above, if you prefer finding them yourself. Fingers crossed they can build on the profits so far!

My own selections have had a solid time of it since October 1st. I use my daily trainer stats qualifiers as a 'way in' , my trends research, and my liking for a 3m+ handicap chase, to try and pull in some profits over time.
October was a solid month: 52 bets / 7 wins / 25p (inc wins) / +31.35 points
November has bettered that. I did have that mad week a couple of weeks back, and inevitably I've had a losing run since! Typical, but sadly this game isn't as easy as I made it look for what was a silly 6-10 days or so. Still, solid enough...
67 bets / 13 wins / 32p (inc wins) / +45.72 / +45.72 points
That takes the total for the season so far to...
119 selections / 20 wins / 57 places (inc wins) / 17% wsr / 48% w|p sr / +77.07 points / 32% ROI. (+£770 to £10 per point bets)
That's based on 2 points win and 1 point EW where EW is advised. Of course, you just half that profit if using 1 point win and 1/2 point EW.
I've had 37 placed horses that haven't won, a game of fine margins! Had a few more of those got their head in front we'd be doing exceptionally well but I won't complain! If I can keep up that 48% win/place SR I'll be doing just fine over the season.
I'd bite your hand off to repeat those results every 2 months, but time will tell! Inevitably there will be -20, -30, -40, possibly -50 point losing runs or 'draw downs' from the highest point. That's just betting on horses for you, I'm yet to find anyone who's found an approach which avoids such short term pain! Still, for those who joined in at the start, we've been having a fine old time of it, including with the 'monthly trainers'.
