First, an update on Mayan
Grand Elder Cirillo Perez Oxlaj, “Tata” to many who know him fondly:
A couple of months ago he was struck by an automobile and suffered
broken bones and a difficult recovery due to his age. I chatted with
Grandmother Elizabeth this week and she relays that he is doing better but not recovered
yet, challenged with the inability to do the things he normally does, and is
starting therapy this week.
Please let us hold him in healing space with our prayers and
highest thoughts…and light a candle in our private fire ceremonies for him.
I will be personally sending him some money via Western Union. If
anyone wants to help out in this way, please reply to me so we can make arrangements.
