Dear friends,

We hope to see you at the Bobby Jo Valentine concert on Sunday afternoon, September 28.  Doors open at 5, and the concert starts at 5:30. Come and bring your friends to this special event.

Also, we could use some additional volunteers to support this event:  Specifically, we need the following:

4 to 5 p.m.

Set up - 2 people

Sound - (Delena)

5 to 5:45 p.m.

Cashier/Sign in - 1 person

5:30 to 6:15 p.m.

House manager to monitor doors - 1 person

6:15 to 6:30

Manage beverage table - 1 person

6:30 to 7:15

House manager to monitor doors - 1 person

7:15 to 8 p.m.

Clean up - 2 people
