As the DACA legislation is being written in Congress, we need stories of your dependent children aging out, to share with the media - so we can make sure that issues affecting high-skilled immigrants aren't left out of the legislation.

Additionally, as some of you might be aware, we had a public conference call on September 17 2017. During the call we shared important updates about H.R.392, the future of the H4-EAD program and how the recent activity on the DACA program affects our priorities. In addition to stories about aging out dependents, we also have the following action items:
- Until we hit 290 co-sponsors, please continue to work on adding co-sponsors to HR.392
- We are trying to raise additional funds in anticipation of a quickly developing situation in November and December where we might see some movement on immigration bills. We do not want to miss the opportunity to make sure our issues are addressed.
