Resume and Cover Letter Workshop - A free workshop for permanent residents, live-in- caregivers, naturalized Canadian citizens, refugees, refugee claimants and provincial nominees. Develop skills to create a targeted resume, learn to write strong cover letters to gain attention of local employers, and get help with preparing a reference list to complete your job search tool kit. Monday, Oct. 23 at Coquitlam Public Library - City Centre, 6pm - 8pm.

Creating a Resume Infographic with Illustrator - For permanent residents: discover how infographics can help you market yourself to employers. Learn the steps of using Adobe Illustrator to create a visually interesting infographic for your resume. Free - register at siic@vpl.ca or 604.331.3653. Please have your PR number ready when you register. Saturday, Oct. 21, 2pm - 3:30pm at Vancouver Public Library - Central Branch.
