Today Natural Factors has nine locations across the North American continent. ALES@WORK is here to support you to reach your goals. This 10-week FREE training program is designed to sharpen the following skills:
  • Oral and written communication for the IT sector in Vancouver
  • Critical thinking skills in the Canadian workplace
  • Team collaboration in the local Technology sector
  • Cultural knowledge that will optimize work effectiveness
In addition, program participants will be supported to grow professional and social networks through facilitated connections with employers, mentorships, other ISSofBC services.

2 evenings a week; Tuesday and Thursday; 6 pm to 9 pm
