ISSofBC is participating in this year’s Annual Chinatown Spring Parade to promote our organization and we’re inviting staff, clients and volunteers to join in! With over 80,000 spectators, this is now the largest multi-cultural event in Vancouver!
To celebrate our diversity and multiculturalism, we are asking ISSofBC participants who have traditional clothing from their countries of origin to wear them in the parade. Parade goers will also be able to wear ISSofBC t-shirts, hold banners, balloons, umbrellas and pass out candy as we walk and have fun together through Chinatown.
To participate in our first ever Chinatown Spring Parade, please distribute this email among your staff, clients and students in all ISSofBC locations to us help spread the word!
In addition, all interested parties must register. The deadline for submitting is noon Friday, February 5th.
