Subject: Introducing a brand-new learning format: The EDGY Enterprise Scan Cohort

Dear Friend,

Most change and transformation initiatives don’t fail because of poor execution. They fail because understanding and alignment are assumed rather than tested.

Decisions are made, funding is committed, and momentum builds before everyone involved actually shares the same view of the problem at hand. Misalignment often only becomes visible once it’s already expensive.

This is exactly the challenge the EDGY Enterprise Scan is designed to address.

Introducing a new learning format: The EDGY Enterprise Scan Cohort

In March 2026, we’re launching a course we’ve never offered before:

The EDGY Enterprise Scan Cohort, led by Helgi Björgvinsson.

March 10-31, 2026 | Tuesdays & Thursdays | 4pm-6pm (CET)

This four-week, hands-on cohort focuses on using the EDGY Enterprise Scan as a simple and structured way to create shared understanding early - before solutions are decided and commitments are locked in.

The course combines short inputs, guided practice, and real-life application.
You won’t just learn about the Enterprise Scan, you’ll apply it in your own context and reflect on the outcomes together with other participants.

What you’ll learn:

Over the course of four weeks, you’ll work directly with the Enterprise Scan to:

  • Surface assumptions and misalignment early

  • Create a shared understanding of reality across stakeholders

  • Communicate more clearly across silos and disciplines

  • Support better scoping, funding, and go/no-go decisions

A course for everyone!

For experienced EDGY practitioners, the cohort offers a great chance to deepen and sharpen your skills. For newcomers, it provides a practical and accessible entry point into working with EDGY in real change contexts.

We’d love to explore this new learning format together with you and see how the Enterprise Scan can support your work in practice. See you there!

Warm regards,

Milan & Wolfgang
