Subject: From Theory to Practice — What’s Next in Our Webinar Series

Dear Friend,

This year's webinar series is well underway. Over the past weeks, we’ve already explored new tools and practical approaches for working with Enterprise Design in real-world contexts. The purpose of this year’s series remains clear: to move from theory to application and provide practical instruments that help you navigate complexity and drive meaningful change.

Now, we’re continuing with three upcoming sessions that build on this ambition. We’ll explore how the EDGY Sandbox bridges the gap between theory and practice, how teams can clarify roles and focus areas with the EDGY Profiler, and how understanding natural affinities helps reduce friction and strengthen collaboration.

Here's what's coming up next:

Enterprise Design is filled with powerful theories and concepts. But how do you actually apply them in your day-to-day work? Wolfgang and Helgi will guide you through the EDGY Sandbox: an evolving repository of practical tools and methods, designed for real-world application. Discover how familiar methods are reframed through an EDGY lens, how to use them in your own work, and how to contribute to this shared experimental space yourself.

Many professionals struggle to explain their role clearly. Teams often have the same issue: overlapping responsibilities, blind spots, and unclear expectations across design, product, architecture, organisation, and business.

The EDGY Profiler addresses this problem. The tool helps individuals and teams make their focus areas visible and discuss them using a shared language. It reveals specialists, generalists and bridge-builders, and easily aggregates to a team level. Straightforward and fast to deploy, it is a short self-assessment that maps your (or your team's) experience across the three EDGY Enterprise Design facets: identity, architecture, and experience.

The result is a simple visual profile that shows where you focus today, where potential gaps appear, and where you may want or need to grow.

Some people naturally think in terms of vision and outcomes, others focus on processes and activities, while others ground discussions in concrete tools and objects. Organisations, in the same way, tend to prioritise certain facets such as brand, experience, product, or technology.

In this webinar, we’ll introduce the Affinity Concept: a simple way to understand how individual and enterprise affinities shape conversations, collaboration, and decision-making. By starting with what people and organizations already care about, you can reduce friction, align perspectives, and build shared understanding without forcing everyone into the same framework.

New but familiar, this approach helps you navigate complexity by mapping affinities—before trying to change anything.

Our 2026 series continues throughout the year, with each session adding practical depth, new perspectives, and concrete tools you can apply immediately in your own context.

If you haven’t joined us yet this year, now is a great moment to step in. And if you’ve been attending regularly, we look forward to continuing the journey with you!

Warm regards,

Milan & Wolfgang
