Subject: Best of Intersection Group 2025 - And a Glimpse into 2026

Dear Friend,

As we start the new year, we’d like to take a moment to look back at what 2025 brought and share a brief glimpse of what’s ahead in 2026.

2025 - A year full of highlights

Untangling the mess together in Brussels

Intersection 25 brought our community together once again, this time in Brussels. Across talks, workshops, and countless conversations, we explored how enterprises can navigate complexity and anticipate change. Together, across roles and disciplines. If you’d like to revisit the talks or moments from the conference, all session recordings are available in our YouTube playlist, and the full photo album captures the atmosphere in Brussels.

Exploring Enterprise Design in practice

Our 2025 webinar series covered a wide range of practical Enterprise Design topics. We explored how to work through blank-page moments with EDGY and AI, why change initiatives fail so often, how to test assumptions with the Enterprise Scan, and much more. If you missed a session, or want to revisit one, all recordings are available in a single YouTube playlist.

New releases and open resources

2025 also marked several important releases for the EDGY framework:

What's next?

Start the year with EDGY

Our next EDGY Language Foundations Course starts on January 15. The course remains our core learning format for anyone who wants to learn about EDGY in a structured, hands-on way.

Intersection 26 in Montréal

For the first time, the Intersection Conference is leaving Europe. In October 2026, Intersection 26 will take place in Montréal, Canada. We’re excited to bring the conference to a new continent and grow the community even further. More details will follow soon.

New webinars on the way

We’re already preparing a new round of webinars for 2026: with fresh material, familiar voices, and a continued focus on practical Enterprise Design topics.

On January 29, Helgi kicks off the year with a session introducing the EDGY Enterprise Scan, a simple way to test alignment and build shared understanding before decisions lock you in. If you work with change, strategy, or delivery, this session will likely feel uncomfortably familiar. Registration is free.

Thank you for being part of our community and for all the conversations, collaborations, and curiosity you brought to 2025. We’re looking forward to continuing the journey together in the year ahead.

Warm regards,

Milan and Wolfgang

2025 was a year full of amazing talks, webinars and events. Let's have a look at some of our highlights. Click on the images to watch the recordings!

January 29th, 5pm (CET)

Most initiatives do not fail when they start. They fail when understanding and alignment is assumed.

At that point, funding, planning, and delivery are already built on a reality that only exists in fragments across different people, roles, and disciplines. Everyone believes they understand the situation, while only few see the whole, and no one understands it in the same way. This is an example of what is happening in most enterprises that are working with AI, and failing.

This webinar challenges a deeply ingrained habit in organisations: the belief that alignment naturally emerges from discussion, documentation, or good intentions. Spoiler Alert: It does not. It must be deliberately created.
