Hello Instant Pot Lovers!
What are you cooking in your Instant Pot this May? We have some great seasonal recipes for you! Why cook seasonal produce? Seasonal food is fresher, tastier and more nutritious than food consumed out of season. Even though eating strawberries year round is nice, the best time to eat them is when they can be purchased directly from a local grower shortly after harvest. Crops picked at their peak of ripeness are also better tasting and full of flavor and contain more nutrients when allowed to ripen naturally on their parent plant.
To pair up with your seasonal veggies, we found an Instant Pot Balsamic Dijon Pot Roast recipe, from Weeknight Cooking Cookbook, to gather the family for dinner with. What are your family traditional meals? Share with us on Facebook and Instagram. Have a great week, Instant Pot Eats |
