"Need to defrost some meat fast for the grill? Use your instant pot! I wouldn’t do this for steak, but it’s perfect for brats and hot dogs. Since brats need to be fully cooked anyways, I don’t mind that the outside starts to cook a little while I’m defrosting it in the instant pot. I set it for 1 minute at High pressure, quick release, and then finish them for a few minutes on the grill. Perfect! 🌭"
