"I made this again today at my 8-year-old daughter’s request. It’s so nice to see the kids eating spinach and loving it. This time since I had leftover brown rice, I cooked all the other ingredients and then stirred in the rice and lemon juice. She did say she preferred it last time though when I followed the recipe as written.
