Hey Instant Pot family!

June is coming to a close and July is coming in with fireworks. We have some tasty summer recipes that are perfect for a summer bbq. Our latest recipe has juicy tomato meatballs, squishy mozzarella, fresh tomato, and aromatic basil. Serve these in sandwich rolls, buns, or in a baguette. These Caprese meatball sandwiches elevate any backyard picnic.

Save the hotdogs for the kids. And if you have a crowd you can make them in the Instant Pot. Serve with some tangy potato salad and cowboy beans on the side and you got a complete meal that's anything but boring. And of course, end with this lemon cheesecake festively decorated with strawberries and blueberries.
