Happy Friday!


The spring months of March, April, and May are an amazing time for all things green. Popular veggies like arugula, asparagus, and carrots are harvested now and fruits like strawberries and apricots are ripe for the picking. 


Now that spring has sprung, we've designed an Instant Pot meal plan that takes advantage of the seasonal produce, whether it's used in the main dish or in a side dish. 


This is yet another balanced meal plan for omnivores with a few vegetarian options, dinners, lunches, and a sneaky sweet treat.
