Hey Instant Pot family,

Welcome to 2023!!! We're kicking off this year with a new recipe for delicious and hearty Hungarian goulash.

Not to be confused with American Goulash, which is a pasta dish made with ground beef, tomato, and elbow macaroni noodles, the Hungarian Goulash is a hearty, meat stew heavily seasoned with paprika.

It's very flavorful and goes with pasta, rice, potatoes, or bread to sop up the gravy sauce.
