Hey Instant Pot team,
A traditional French stew made with browned chicken pieces braised in a delicious, creamy white mushroom sauce is our latest pressure cooking creation. The sauce is heavenly and the dish is rustic comfort food at its best.
Serve with some bread or mashed potatoes to soak up the sauce and not waste a drop on the plate. Add something green on the side, such as brussels sprouts flavored with bacon. And if you decide to serve a grain, check out our Instant Pot 101 how to series below.
