Subject: New! Easy Pork Shoulder & Gravy + 5 Nutrition Hacks For Instant Pot Cooking

Hello!

Thanksgiving is so close, we can already smell that pumpkin pie and mac'n'cheese. If you missed our epic Thanksgiving newsletter last week, you can find it here with recipes and ideas for how to use the Instant Pot over the holidays.

This week, we have a new recipe that might be an easier alternative to roast turkey. It's beginner-friendly, super easy Instant Pot pork shoulder with gravy. It takes a lot less time than doing it in the oven, which frees up that space for roasted vegetables, dessert or another main. The recipe is for 6-8 servings so it's perfect for smaller gatherings too.

For something a little different, we've interviewed a nutrition coach about a few simple ways to add more nutrients to your Instant Pot dishes. You can even use them with your festive dishes or implement these hacks after the holidays.

Don't forget to tag us on Instagram with @instantpoteats or #instantpoteats as we love to see what you're making. Or, come and join us on our Facebook group.

For those of you celebrating Thanksgiving, we wish you pleasant holidays filled with good food, laughter and family time.

We are thankful to have you all as our readers and subscribers - not just on Thanksgiving, but every day.

Until next week,

IPE team

" This soup was frankly AWESOME! Really easy, I actually cut back the oil to 2 teaspoons, used 4 cups of chicken broth and it rocked! I used an immersion blender to blend it up in under a minute. The gremolata added such a fresh note. Thank you for this recipe!"
